Come dressed in RED for our “Scarlett” theme and join us for an afternoon of fun, food and neighbors!

We’re keeping the potluck easy; no assigned categories, no grilling on-site. Bring whatever you’d like to share, or simply come and enjoy the food. Water will be provided or feel free to bring your own beverages. If you choose to bring alcohol, please enjoy responsibly and be considerate of your neighbors.

Annual Election & Owners Meeting Results
Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s Annual Election and Owners Meeting!
Scarlett Canyon continues to have some of the highest and most consistent voter participation, and this year was no exception!
Thank you to all of our homeowners who took the time to cast their votes and participate in the election process. It’s great to see such a high level of engagement in our community.
We are pleased to welcome the following members to the Scarlett Canyon HOA Board:
Mark Bodner — A Scarlett Canyon resident since June 2005, Mark will serve as Secretary.
Alessandra Oancea — Currently new to SC and renovating her home; we look forward to her becoming a resident and being a part of our community soon! She will serve as Treasurer.
Bruce Rogers — A Scarlett Canyon resident since 2013, Bruce has served on the Board for two years and will now continue his service as a Director.
Continuing Board Members:
Peter Lowenstein, President, and Corey Doyne, Director, will continue serving in their current positions through the remainder of their elected terms. Those two Board seats will be included in the next Annual Election on May 27, 2027.
Congratulations to all of our Board members, and thank you for your time and dedication to our community!
